This blog entry will get straight to the point. It applies to all age groups, so forgive me if it’s written without big words or abstract examples. Just as this information was given to me directly, I will pass it on to you. It’s a formula I’ve applied to the success of my replanted life, and I hope you’ll find, it remains relevant through all modern times.

First, let’s identify how success is achieved and who is a replanted man. Success is achieved through faith. However, by the time most are ready to hear this simple truth there are many activities and beliefs that have complicated and confused the replanted man’s journey to obtain success. So, let’s be clear, success is not a thing to place on a mantle or stored away in a vault. It’s more like an invisible garment that is stepped into daily, and its’ beauty, attractiveness and strength are enhanced by what emanates from an internal and intentionally arranged but filtered diet of what has been experienced, seen, heard and practiced.

I think this is a good place to clarify that not all success is “good” success. Good success aligns with God’s plan for His children. My goal is to guide you toward good success because I believe it’s no coincidence that you’re reading this blog. God desires for you to take the necessary steps to mature, moving beyond the superficial examples of “success” often showcased on social media. Instead, consider the power of your authenticity. This authenticity will shine as you apply the formula I’m about to share and begin operating as an effective Ambassador for the Kingdom of God.

Life is full of contrasts. At some point, you may come to realize that your past choices and actions offered less value than the incredible potential you have to give—to your family, your work, and your community. This realization can feel like a turning point, a blossoming of life. It’s here that even the ugliness of past mistakes begins to hold meaning, much like how manure enriches soil to produce beautiful flowers and fruitful harvests. The messiness of our past becomes the fertilizer for growth, allowing us to appreciate the transformation that comes from living a life rooted in purpose and authenticity.

The reputation of my business reflects who I am, just as my personal actions reflect on my business. The THC formula has been my safeguard, offering protection and assurance not just for me but for my clients and the future of my family and ventures.

For instance, if you’ve made a mistake, Honesty means admitting it, even if it’s uncomfortable. It builds trust and respect, both within yourself and with others. Honesty opens doors to meaningful relationships and opportunities that might otherwise remain closed.

Take a moment to reflect: Are there areas in your life where you could be more honest? What would change if you allowed Honesty to guide your actions?

The final ingredient of the THC formula is “C,” which stands for CONSISTENCY.
